This page explains what data we collect when you visit or buy at the7conversations.com, what we use it for, and what you can do about it. The data controller is the The 7 Conversations Team.


1. What data we collect

We collect the minimum we need to deliver the product and stay in touch:

  • Name (first name, usually).
  • Email address.
  • Phone number (optional, only if you choose to give it).
  • Payment information: this never touches our servers. It's processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We only see the last 4 digits of your card and the status of the charge.
  • Purchase history: what you bought, when, and whether you requested a refund.

We don't ask for or store your home address, government ID, or any sensitive personal data.


2. What we use your data for

  • Deliver the product: send the PDF to your inbox.
  • Provide support: answer your questions, process refunds.
  • Send follow-up emails: relevant content on couples and money, tips, future launches. You can unsubscribe anytime in one click.
  • Improve the product: understand what worked, what didn't, and for whom.

That's all. We do not sell your data. Ever.


3. Who has access to your data

Your information goes through these hands, and only these:

  • The 7 Conversations Team (real humans who read your emails).
  • Stripe — processes payments.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM where your contact and order history live.
  • Our email delivery provider — sends the messages you're supposed to receive.

All of them are bound by data processing agreements and are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.


4. How long we keep your data

While you're an active customer and using the product, your data stays in our CRM. If you stop interacting with us for 2 straight years (not opening emails, not replying, not buying anything new), your record is deleted automatically.

If you explicitly ask us to delete your data sooner, we do it within 7 days.


5. Your rights

You're in charge of your data. You can ask us to:

  • Access it — tell you what we have on file.
  • Correct it — fix something that's wrong.
  • Delete it — wipe your record.
  • Stop sending emails — every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with "Personal data" in the subject line. We respond within 7 days.

California residents (CCPA): California law gives you the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of your data. We don't sell data, so opt-out is automatic. To exercise any CCPA right, use the same email above with "CCPA request" in the subject line — we treat it with priority.


6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our site uses:

  • Essential cookies — these make the cart and checkout work. Without them, you can't buy.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) — a small piece of code that tells us which ad brought you to the site and whether you completed the purchase. We use it to optimize ad campaigns. It doesn't include your name or personal details — Meta processes it under its own rules.

You can block these cookies through your browser settings. Keep in mind that without the essential ones, checkout may not work.


7. Minors

This product is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you discover that a minor shared information with us, email us and we'll delete it immediately.


8. Changes to this policy

If we update this page (product changes, new processors, etc.), the new date will show at the top. If the change is meaningful, we'll let you know by email.
