1. The Fight Test Guarantee (60 days)
You have a full 60 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. We call it the Fight Test Guarantee, and it works differently than most digital guarantees.
Most products ask you to "prove" the book didn't work. We don't. Here's what we ask instead:
- You read at least one of the 7 conversations with your partner.
- You tried one of the tools from the book in a real money conversation.
- It still wasn't for you.
If that's the case, email us and we'll send your money back. No forms, no screenshots, no proving anything. Your word is enough.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the same address you used to buy. Put "Refund" in the subject line.
In the body, tell us one thing: whether you tried the book with your partner or not. That's all we need. We won't try to talk you out of it. We won't send you a survey.
3. Timing and method
- We process your refund within 3 business days or less from the moment we get your email.
- The money goes back to the same payment method you used (card, debit, etc.).
- Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 to 10 business days to show up in your account. That part isn't on us — it's between your bank and Stripe, our payment processor.
4. Do I have to "return" the PDF?
No. The ebook is a digital file, and there's no meaningful way to "return" it. You can keep whatever copy you downloaded.
We only ask one thing: once your refund is processed, your access to future updates and any online files will be revoked, and you shouldn't share the PDF with third parties. That was already in the Terms and Conditions from day one.
5. What about the order bump ("The Fight Scripts")?
The $11 order bump is covered by the same 60-day guarantee. If you refund the main ebook, the bump is refunded automatically too. If you'd rather refund just one of the two, let us know in your email and we'll handle it the same way.
6. After 60 days
Past the 60-day mark, the Fight Test Guarantee no longer applies. But if you hit a technical problem (download link expired, lost your email, file won't open), email us anyway. Technical issues we fix forever — no matter how much time has passed.
