These terms apply to anyone who buys or uses digital products offered at the7conversations.com. The seller is the The 7 Conversations Team. By purchasing, you agree to what's written below.
1. What you're buying
You're buying a personal license to a digital product in PDF format: the The 7 Conversations ebook, and, if you added it, the companion The Fight Scripts.
A personal license means:
- You and your partner can read the PDF on any device.
- You can print one copy for personal home use.
- You can share the PDF with one other couple you're close to (a friend, a family member) — once, for free. We allow this because we want these conversations to spread.
What's not allowed: reselling the PDF, uploading it to file-sharing sites, posting it in public groups or forums, bundling it into a paid product, scraping it to build your own derivative work, or mass-sharing. Doing any of those ends the license automatically.
2. Age requirement
You need to be 18 or older to buy. If you're under 18, ask a responsible adult to purchase on your behalf.
3. This is NOT therapy or financial advice
We want to be very clear: The 7 Conversations is an educational book written to help couples talk about money better. It is not, and does not claim to be:
- Couples therapy. If your relationship is in crisis or there's any form of abuse, please work with a licensed therapist.
- Personalized financial advice. We're not telling you where to invest or how to restructure your debt.
- Legal or tax advice. Nothing in the book replaces a CPA, an attorney, or a certified financial advisor.
Any decisions you and your partner make after reading the book are your own. We give you tools; you use them with judgment.
4. Product delivery
Once you pay, you get an automated email with your download link within 5 minutes. If it doesn't show up, check spam or email us. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card information (see Privacy Policy).
5. Refunds
You have 60 days to request a refund under our Fight Test Guarantee. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
6. Future products
The 7 Conversations Team may release additional digital products related to couples and money in the future (guides, toolkits, courses). When we do, each one will have its own specific terms, but the philosophy stays the same: plain language, a real guarantee, no fine print.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update this document when the product improves or when something legally relevant changes. If you already made a purchase, the terms in effect at the moment of your purchase apply to you. The date at the top of this page marks the last update.
8. Governing law
We operate from Texas, USA. Any dispute related to these terms is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before anything gets formal, we always prefer to sort it out by email — write to us and let's talk.
